Eggless Brownie Recipe: A Guilt-Free Delight 💖
Everyone loves a good gooey brownie and so here I share my eggless brownie recipe with reduced sugar content and extra amount of happiness💟 Time Commitment ⏰ Preparation Time: 20 mins Baking Time: 15-20 mins Total Cooking Time: 45-50 mins Material required 🛒 1 cup - All-purpose flour 1/4 cup - Powdered sugar 1 cup - Warm milk 1/4 cup - Cocoa powder 1/4 tsp - Baking soda 1/2 tsp - Baking powder 1 tsp - Vanilla extract 1/2 cup - Any type of chocolate as per preference (Dark or Milk) 2 tbsp - Chopped Walnuts Preparation 🥣 Step 1 : Preheating the oven Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Step 2: Greasing the cake tin Generously grease the cake tin with margarine for a smooth release of the baked brownie. Step 3: Dry Ingredients Sift flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda and powder atleast 3 times to make sure air is incorporated. Step 4: Chocolate delight Grate the chocolate and keep it aside in fridge for a nice melty moment. Step 5: Mixing the batter Once dry ingredients are sifted together make a small circle in between and gradually pour the milk and vanilla essence. The consistency of the batter should be thick and hence the milk should be added gradually in the W method 1. Step 6: Addition of Chocolate and Walnuts Once the batter is ready add in the the grated chocolate and chopped walnuts reserving a small amount for later use. Step 7: Baking Pour the batter in the greased tin and sprinkle the remaining chocolate and chopped walnuts and bake the batter in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
